What we collect
FN HAIC collects the minimum needed to run a personalized training program: your name, work email address, role information you select in the baseline (role family, function, daily-work signature), your baseline questionnaire answers and scores, your course progress, and any certificates issued to you. If your employer is an FN HAIC client, this data is associated with their organization.
What we never collect
The platform is training software, not clinical software. Do not enter patient information anywhere in FN HAIC; nothing in the product requests it, and course practice tasks are designed to be described without it.
How it's used
Your baseline builds your curriculum; your progress and certificates are visible to you, to the FN HAIC expert team, and — when your employer sponsors your program — to your employer's program administrators. Certificate verification records (holder name, course, status, dates) are visible to anyone holding the certificate's verification code, which is the point of a verifiable credential. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Processors
Data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel; Neon for the database; Anthropic for AI-assisted course generation, which receives course briefs and role context — never your questionnaire answers tied to your identity beyond the profile summary; Resend for sign-in emails).
Retention & your rights
Program data is retained for the life of the client engagement plus the certificate validity window. To access, correct, or delete your data, email fasa@futurizenow.co.
