The service
FN HAIC provides AI-readiness training for healthcare workforces: a baseline assessment, a personalized curriculum reviewed by our expert team, delivered courses, and competency certificates. Client organizations engage under a separate written agreement; these terms govern individual use of the platform.
Certificates
An FN HAIC certificate attests that the named holder completed their personalized program and demonstrated the assessed competencies as of the issue date. Certificates are valid for 18 months and are publicly verifiable by their code. A certificate is our professional attestation of training completed — it is not a government license, a clinical credential, or a guarantee of any outcome, and it may be revoked for misuse or misrepresentation.
Not clinical advice
Course content teaches safe and effective use of AI tools in professional workflows. It is educational material, not clinical, legal, or compliance advice; your organization's policies and applicable law always control.
Acceptable use
Don't enter patient information into the platform, share sign-in access, misrepresent a certificate (yours or anyone's), or attempt to disrupt the service.
Liability & changes
The service is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior twelve months. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here.
